Celebrating Women in Business | Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce

Women in Business is a fan favorite event here in Tahlequah. The Tahlequah area has a business community full of women who are eager to succeed and help others as they go. With an environment like this, it is easy for TACC to stay inspired when it comes to planning this quarterly event. For the holiday season, the Chamber put a spin on Women in Business and turned it into a Holiday Market.

With over 90 attendees and 10 vendors, the night was full of joy, cheer, and so much shopping.

Vidalia’s Café and Catering was a show-stopper when it came to the food of the night. Guests piled their plates high full of fan favorites, including their delicious mashed potato shots. All of the alcohol purchased for the event was bought from Riverside Liquor, who also was present with a booth.

The night was centered around celebrating the powerful women in business that are in the Tahlequah area. The Chamber added a portion to the program that could provide direct recognition to those awesome women. The TACC has 25 women recognized as Women in Business Honorees. To be a nominee, the woman has to have left an impact on a community member and be nominated.

The next Women in Business will be in March. The Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce cannot wait to continue the growth of this event and to continue providing a place for women to come, network, and mingle. For any questions about Women in Business, email info@tahlequahchamber.com.
